You could also use the "Prep Essentials cold cut keeper" which is basically a 9x9 container...but check the height...if your loaves are too tall they won't fit in there.Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05458546204327439966noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5091263855931534621.post-38374830107376664202012-05-04T15:57:07.053-04:002012-05-04T15:57:07.053-04:00Definitely freeze it WITHOUT the glaze. The glaze also got kind of watery instead of staying nice and hard.Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05458546204327439966noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5091263855931534621.post-24023091862820833612012-05-04T15:08:08.053-04:002012-05-04T15:08:08.053-04:00Thanks! I always struggle iwht what kind of container to store my bread (this, banana bread, poppy seed). I usually keep it on the counter in a zip-lock bag and cut as needed....I don't seem to have a good Tupperware type container to store bread in, unless I cut it?? What do you use or do? :)Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11354110897577653381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5091263855931534621.post-15638952165453622412012-04-30T07:28:03.973-04:002012-04-30T07:28:03.973-04:00I haven't ever frozen it because it's alwa...I haven't ever frozen it because it's always GONE so fast here :) However, the bread should freeze just as well as any quick bread or muffin, but I would recommend freezing it without the glaze. My guess is that as a glazed loaf thaws, the glaze will get runny and make the top of the bread kind of mushy or gooey. So, just glaze it after it has thawed completely. I am freezing half of a glazed loaf right now just to try it...I'll let you know!Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05458546204327439966noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5091263855931534621.post-58416099876360324582012-04-29T19:05:56.760-04:002012-04-29T19:05:56.760-04:00Do you think this will freeze well???Do you think this will freeze well???Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5091263855931534621.post-87407551848399385272012-04-28T22:20:36.597-04:002012-04-28T22:20:36.597-04:00Can't wait to try this one!
