Meijer has lots of lunch options on sale this week!
1.  Check out all the deli meat and cheese on sale.  Did you know that you can make sandwiches ahead and freeze them?  I've had good success with non-soggy sandwiches if I make the sandwich on a hamburger bun, sandwich roll, or dinner roll instead of on bread.  Spread each side with a thin layer of margarine or butter, and then layer the meat and cheese on the bun.  Put it in a ziploc bag, and then put all the individually bagged sandwiches into gallon freezer bags.  Remove as much air as possible from both layers of bags.  Throw the bags in the freezer, and you can pull out the sandwiches as needed.  Let thaw in the refrigerator overnight, and add your sauce and/or lettuce in the morning.
2.  Quaker "Poppables" (rice cakes), Meijer brand cheese puffs, Meijer brand pretzels, Keebler cookies, and Meijer brand chips (plus more!) are some lunch snacks I saw in the ad.  Take a few minutes at the beginning of the week to bag up some snacks, and making lunches will be a cinch for the rest of the week.
3.  Tuna, mayonnaise, and pickle relish are also on sale.  Mix up a batch of tuna salad to use for easy sandwiches all week long.
4.  If you make Mozzarella Chicken or Parmesan Chicken Breasts (included in this Recipe Round-up because the ingredients are on sale this week) for supper, consider chopping up the leftovers and wrapping them in a tortilla for a yummy, easy, packable lunch option.  Mozzarella Chicken makes a great wrap in and of itself, but if you use leftover Parmesan Chicken Breasts for your wrap, try adding lettuce and tomato.
