This cake is soooo yummy. The name is just something I made up, because no one really knows what it's called!
Ingredients:
Cake:
1 white cake mix
2 C water
2 egg whites (reserve yolks!)
1 - 3 oz instant chocolate pudding
Frosting:
1/3 cup margarine OR real butter, melted and slightly cooled
2 egg yolks
1 C powdered sugar
12 oz Cool Whip (or 1 1/2 8oz containers)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cake ingredients together on high speed for 4 minutes. Pour batter into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until middle tests clean with a toothpick. Cool. Frosting: Beat together egg yolks and powdered sugar. Add melted margarine and beat until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cake with mixture. Optional: top with crushed Heath bars, shaved chocolate, or toasted coconut. Refrigerate frosted cake.

Options and Tips
- Meijer quite often has their store brand instant pudding on price drop or in-store special. If you can't find it cheap enough there, Aldi's price is 49 cents, and I've had good success with that brand in this recipe.
